Album description from Insound: Uncalculated unconscious expectations within an involuntary interception (system) of detached fantasy detached provided the fantasy is born of ingredients outside of the body but determined by the unpenetrated unconsciousness this in combination with the mind's ability to sight illusions creates a world in which the consciousness can travel in and out of realization of the event arising as with the tangible actions of the ceremony ascending and descending within the spectators consciousness manifest exchanged illusions. My own thoughts: Really bizarre and trippy drone/noise in strange slow motion underwater sounding atmosphere, layers upon layers upon layers upon layers (and what is that weird flute-like sound?)

I'm much more impressed with the two new Boris albums that just leaked than I was at first with New Album (though admittedly New Album grew on me). This is the best of the two new albums, in my opinion. It's just called Heavy Rocks but I'm labeling it Heavy Rocks II because, if you know Boris at all, they already have an album called Heavy Rocks and for some reason just reused the name (and the album art, besides being purple instead of orange, is really similar too). The Sound of Animals Fighting is a group consisting of members from Circa Survive, RX Bandits, Finch, and Chiodos. Tiger and The Duke is TSOAF debut album, it is also a concept album. Because I don't know the story too well, here is a terrible summary from their wikipedia page. "...Revolving around the title character, Duke, and the Captain who runs the ship they are sailing. The cargo of the ship are crazy animals who howl and fight below the deck. Eventually the Captain's sons start a mutiny in which the Captain jumps off the ship." With the bands lineup having each member coming from a different band, their combined efforts make a fairly uniqe sound. Their other two album are worth listening to as well, they are also a bit more mature than this one. Enjoy!

This is the reissue version of the album. Tracks 1 though 9 are the original album with new interludes between tracks. The rest are bonus tracks which I believe are remixes of songs from their second album.
