Ascend is a collaborative project between Greg Anderson (Sunn O))), Goatsnake) and Gentry Densley (Eagle Twin, Iceburn). Cool, weird drone here. If you're expecting the typical VRUMMMMMMMMM drone well there's plenty of that, but these guys change it up a lot and make it really interesting. Great album.
