Prurient - Bermuda Drain

Artist: Prurient
Album: Bermuda Drain
Year: 2011
Genre(s): Noise, power electronics, industrial

The highly-anticipated new Prurient album, and Prurient's Hydra Head debut, sees Fernow attempting some new directions. A lot of this album is a little more relaxed than most Prurient, swapping the harsh noise for synthesizer melodies. That's not to say there aren't harsher moments, but overall this is a much more accessible album than, say, ANYTHING else in Prurient's catalog. The download here contains the album and the demos. Thanks to Corrupted Delights for providing this.

Link removed at Hydra Head's polite request.

Almost verging on power electronics, this is one of the strongest Prurient releases. Highly recommended.
