Chicago noise band containing one of the guys from Plague Bringer and a bunch of other dudes, some of whom are from other bands I'm not really familiar with. This is really good stuff. I'm not familiar with a lot of Winters In Osaka, but what little I know has made them one of my favorite noise groups, and this is my favorite release I have of theirs.
