Prurient - Bermuda Drain

Artist: Prurient
Album: Bermuda Drain
Year: 2011
Genre(s): Noise, power electronics, industrial

The highly-anticipated new Prurient album, and Prurient's Hydra Head debut, sees Fernow attempting some new directions. A lot of this album is a little more relaxed than most Prurient, swapping the harsh noise for synthesizer melodies. That's not to say there aren't harsher moments, but overall this is a much more accessible album than, say, ANYTHING else in Prurient's catalog. The download here contains the album and the demos. Thanks to Corrupted Delights for providing this.

Link removed at Hydra Head's polite request.

Speed Dealer Moms - Speed Dealer Moms EP

Artist: Speed Dealer Moms
Album: Speed Dealer Moms EP
Year: 2010
Genre(s): Acid, IDM, electronic

This seems like a very strange collaboration, but Speed Dealer Moms consists of Aaron Funk (Venetian Snares) and John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers). This EP contains just two tracks, but they're both really cool. You should check this out.
